Kolbeck Rooms is located in a pedestrian zone in Vienna’s 10th district, only a 5-minute underground ride from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral. It offers an underground car park and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The building has no elevator.
In the morning starting from 7 am breakfast is available at "Das Columbus" in the ground floor of the building, offering a wide range of local breakfast variations, hot and cold dishes, as well as freshly brewed coffee and a choice of teas and juices. A drink vending machines is available. Various pastry shops and bakeries are in the vicinity.
Kolbeck Rooms are located between the Südtiroler Platz and Keplerplatz underground stations on the U1 line, both of which are about 200 metres away and only 5 minute walk from Vienna Central Station.
Belvedere Palace is only 2 tram stops away from Kolbeck Rooms. A shopping centre, a market, and many restaurants and shops are only a few steps away.
