Situated along the wild Atlantic Way, Rockmount House has a private walking trail to the cliffs where you might see the dolphins. Rockmount House is recommended by the Guide du Routard and offers Atlantic views and free parking. Just 5 km from Clifden town, guests can enjoy orthopaedic beds and full Irish breakfasts.

Bright and airy, every room at Rockmount House B&B includes real timber floors, free Wi-Fi, and a private shower room with a hairdryer. All rooms also include a TV.

A broad breakfast menu is served every morning, with a choice of hearty cooked breakfasts as well as locally smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and fresh coffee.

The gardens and mountain views can be enjoyed from the front of the house, and the walking trail leads to views of the Errislannan Peninsula and Clifden Bay. You can walk to Clifden along the coastal road, with the ruins of Clifden Castle on the way.
