El Lazareto es un hotel cuidadosamente restaurado que está situado a 800 metros de la fortaleza medieval de Monemvasia. Cuenta con habitaciones decoradas de forma individual que ofrecen vistas al mar de Mirtos. Los alojamientos están decorados con pinturas antiguas y con muebles de madera oscura.
